CHARLOTTE, NC: Waterstone Defeasance recently closed a defeasance transaction for a $4.1 million CMBS loan, secured by a retail property in Morrisville, NC. Waterstone guided the owners through the defeasance process coinciding with the owners’ sale of their property.
