CHARLOTTE, NC: Waterstone Defeasance recently closed a defeasance transaction for a $8.7 million CMBS loan, secured by a hotel property in Beaumont, Texas. Waterstone guided the owners through the defeasance process coinciding with the owners’ sale of their property.
