CHARLOTTE, NC: Waterstone Defeasance recently closed a defeasance transaction for a $1.5 million CMBS loan, secured by a retail property in Kissimmee, Florida. Waterstone guided the owners through the defeasance process coinciding with the owners’ sale of their property.
